Welcome to Safe At Work, a specialised legal and training firm dedicated to building safe, ethical, and legally compliant workplaces. Co-founded by Dr. Gurpreet Kaur and Rupinder Kaur, we empower organisations with end-to-end solutions under:
- The Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013 (PoSH Act)
- The Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 (POCSO Act)

Dr. Gurpreet Kaur
Founder and Managing Partner
Co-Founder, Safe At Work | Assistant Professor of Law, Panjab University, Chandigarh
Dr. Gurpreet Kaur brings unmatched academic rigour and practical insight to Safe At Work. She holds a Ph.D. in Law from the University of Delhi and an LL.M. in Human Rights & IPR (Gold Medal) from the Indian Law Institute.
A trained Mediator at the Punjab & Haryana High Court Mediation Centre and an empanelled advocate for GMADA, she combines deep legal scholarship with real-world experience.
Her dedication to legal education forms the backbone of Safe At Work’s evidence-based and high-quality training approach.

Rupinder Kaur

Rupinder Kaur combines academic excellence with solid litigation experience. A graduate of the University of Delhi (LL.B.), she holds a Master’s in Constitutional Law and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Law.
Her legal practice spans insurance, banking litigation, matrimonial disputes, and civil matters, giving her a comprehensive understanding of real-world legal challenges. With half a decade of courtroom and academic experience, she brings clarity, depth, and a unique practical perspective to the firm’s training programs.
Rupinder has coordinated numerous legal seminars, workshops, and academic events, showcasing her commitment to making legal knowledge accessible, understandable, and engaging for all. Her expertise enriches Safe At Work with a balanced approach rooted in legal precision and practical relevance.
